Al clásico Pan Dulce de todas las navidades le dimos una vuelta de tuerca saludable, animate a agasajar a tus invitados!

¿Qué necesitás?
3 claras
2 huevos enteros
1 taza de leche descremada
2 cdas de café instantáneo
3 cdtas de polvo para hornear
2 tazas de azúcar de caña Jesper
ralladura de 1 naranja
2 cdas de esencia de pan dulce
3 tazas de harina (sin gluten)
50 gr de pasas de uva, picadas en pedacitos
50 gr de frutos secos

¿Cómo lo hago?
Precaletá el horno a 180º
En un bowl poné los huevos con la leche y batí manualmente. Luego agregá el café, la ralladura de naranja, el azúcar de caña, la esencia y mezclá.
Agregá 1 taza de harina y el polvo para hornear hasta que se integren bien. Después anda poniendo las otras dos tazas de harina paulatinamente.
Echale a la mezcla las pasas de uva y los frutos secos. Integrá todo.
Colocá la masa en un molde (podés conseguir uno de papel en cualquier cotillón) y cociná en el horno a 180ª, por 40 min aprox. Andá controlandolo.

Listo para el brindis!!!

1 cup of skim milk
2 tbsp of instant coffee
3 cts of baking powder
2 cups Jesper cane sugar
grated orange 1
2 tbsp of sweet bread essence
3 cups of flour (gluten free)
50 gr of raisins, chopped into pieces
50 gr of nuts

How do I do it?

In a bowl I put the eggs with milk and beat manually. Then add the coffee, the orange zest, the sugar cane, the essence and mix.
Add 1 cup of flour and the baking powder until they are well integrated. Then go putting the other two cups of flour gradually.
Add the raisins and nuts to the mixture. Integrate everything
Put the dough in a mold (you can get one of paper in any cotillion) and cook in the oven at 180, for about 40 minutes. Andá controlandolo.
