Whole cane sugar is extracted from the juice of sugar cane. This liquid is cooked in metallic pans until it is fully crystallized.
As it does not go through a refining process, whole cane sugar preserves all the richness of mineral salts (calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium, etc.), fiber and vitamins which are related naturally to the sucrose present in sugar cane.
Unlike white sugar, it provides essential substances to our body; it is rich in natural sucrose, for which reason it is easily absorbed and digested.
